Sentis Capital PCC, Balzers, is a subsidiary of Elbogross SA and responsible for treasury management and capital market investment of the entire group. Elbogross SA is a holding company based in Switzerland, which is wholly owned by Petr Kondrashev, resident in Lower Austria.
The business fields of Elbogross SA originate from a former industrial conglomerate in the mineral fertilizer sector. Today, the focus of its activities is on investments in private and listed companies and real estate.
Anton Karl is Co-Managing Director and Board member of Sentis Capital and Chairman of Elbogross. He is also Chairman of Aerius Holding and a member of the Board of Landi Renzo. Previously, he worked for 4 years for Nomura Bank in Zurich, where he was Executive Director in Cross-Asset Sales, responsible for institutional clients in various countries. From 2002 to 2008, he held various positions at Lehman Brothers in Zurich, Frankfurt, London and New York, where he was responsible for institutional clients in the capital markets sector. He holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Salzburg and an MBA from Rice University, Houston.
Mark Kerekes is Co-Managing Director and Board member of Sentis Capital and Board member of Elbogross. He is also Managing Director and member of the Board of Aerius Holding. Previously he was Managing Partner of Hidden Pearl Invest and worked as portfolio manager at Advisory Invest in Vienna. From 2000 to 2009, he held various positions at Raiffeisen in Vienna and as a portfolio manager he was the main responsible for the management of investment funds and private accounts. In his work as an analyst he dealt intensively with Austrian as well as German industrial and technology companies. During this time, Mr. Kerekes also advised various shareholders and shareholder groups that held significant stakes in listed companies, including the second largest shareholder group of Roth & Rau, today Meyer Burger Germany. He holds a master’s degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
